“Kaede-no-Yu,” the day-use hot spring in front of Nagano Electric Railway’s Yudanaka Station, will be temporarily closed for two days, Monday, July 6 and Tuesday, July 7, 2026, for repair work inside the facility. If you’re planning to stop by on your way back from Shiga Kogen, please take note.
The Yamanouchi Town Development and Tourism Bureau announced this on July 3. The closure covers the following two days.

Kaede-no-Yu is a day-use hot spring facility adjacent to Yudanaka Station, beloved as a drop-in bath where you can wash off the sweat on your way back from trekking or sightseeing in Shiga Kogen.
